How It Works
Assessment Process:
Our experienced team will guide you through the NDIS assessment process, ensuring you understand your eligibility and the support categories available to you.
Tailored Matchmaking:
Once approved, we’ll work closely with you to understand your family’s unique needs and preferences. We’ll then hand-select an Au Pair/Support Worker who is the perfect fit for your family dynamics and requirements.
Comprehensive Support:
From assistance with self-care activities to household cleaning and beyond, our au pairs are here to provide the support you need, when you need it most.
Financial Administration:
All you need to do is to keep us updated about the needed hours and services. We liaise with your Au Pair/Support Worker and your Plan Manager for billing.
