Posted on Joann WilkieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've been working with 99aupairs for about a year now. I'm so glad I found Irene and her crew! I'm a single mum and we were about to move across the country. I was concerned about finding any au pair, let alone one that would be able to manage the quirkiness of our lives. Because of the special requirements for our family, I did quite a bit of online research looking for an au pair agency to work with. 99aupairs stood out for me for three key reasons: 1) their experience with finding support for children with disabilities, 2) they understood the realities of mothers who work full-time, 3) there was a full-service, full lifecycle commitment to supporting the au pair and the family. Our experience with 99aupairs has been wonderful. Irene and her team have found us four amazing young women to become "young, cool aunts" in our home. The thing I have appreciated most is that Irene and her crew are there as a backup support for me and for our au pair. They have helped us get through the inevitable hiccups that happen during the initial getting-to-know-you period. And they have smoothed out the disruptive process of changing over au pairs. I'm so glad I found 99aupairs and reached out to work with them.Posted on Luna SchäferTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Before arriving in Australia, I had spent six months travelling through Southeast Asia. I landed in Brisbane, but after a short time I realised that city life wasn't really for me. I missed being close to the ocean and after so many months of constantly moving around, I was looking for more routine and stability, rather than just passing through. That is when becoming an au pair started to feel like the perfect fit. What gave me the confidence to actually take the leap was how supported I felt by 99aupairs from the very beginning. The team, especially Irene, guided me through every step, answered all my questions, and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. My experience so far has been incredibly positive. I’m now living close to the beach with a super nice family; two kids and two dogs. I now have my routines which include the most beautiful beach walks.. For anyone considering becoming an au pair in Australia, I would say that it is completely normal to feel nervous at first. Having an agency that supports you throughout the process makes a huge difference! I’d do it again everytime!:)Posted on Karina FrankeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I engaged 99 Au Pairs during a transition period where I moved with the children for a new business opportunity. Irene was professional and made the process hassle free. I had a lot to sort out in my life and I was grateful that she could take this off my plate. My first au pair ended up leaving to travel before expected, Irene however located another au pair who transitioned immediately. I would highly recommend 99 Au Pairs for anyone needing a hassle free extra set of hands.Posted on Neve EdwardsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 99aupairs has helped me emmensly in getting a job in italy, i’m an 18 year old girl from australia who is now living in italy through this website, they have been extremely helpful in putting me in touch with agents in italy and clear communication in what documents i need and the experience im likely to have, thanks to 99aupairs im now having the time of my life in italy with the sweetest family that i’ve genuinely formed a connection with, and with that family im travelling to other places in the south of italy along with learning the language and lifestyle, im super grateful!Posted on Lily LabeilleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Grace RyanTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Do not recommend using this company. They bombarded us with emails to sign up, phone calls and all seemed legit. The took a deposit of $3,300 off us. Our circumstances changed and the company is non responsive. Accounts department are non existent, owner Irene has responded once and then tumbleweed with no follow up or care regarding the situation. Sign up employee, Ayla, who bombarded us with phone calls, emails and was very responsive when she was taking our money, has not responded to one email. Their website is now inactive and it appears they may be a scam.Posted on Leonie EichingerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was a good decision to start my au pair Journey with 99 aupairs. I could always ask for help or advice when I needed it and help came very quick. Can recommend joining the 99aupairs family.Posted on S E SanchezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 99aupairs helped me feel supported in every step from interviewing with families, onboarding, also during my placement, and even made sure I was well supported in my social life. (They go out of their way to arrange social meet ups for au pairs to connect!!) I was placed with an amazing family in Melbourne and got to live in an incredible location -only an hour from the beach, CBD, and mountains via public transport 😊😊Posted on Anni kaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Loved working with 99aupairs. Found me a great family. I felt super supported throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend! Thanks to Irene & Team! Found them through backpacker job board, there were loads of fantastic families and I matched with a fantastic family, gaining experience with special needs kids. Any backpackers who have experience and love children give them a try, free accommodation included 😉Posted on Alice Gasperini LaingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had such a great experience with 99Aupairs. The whole team was so lovely, supportive, and easy to deal with from start to finish. They helped me find a host family that was a really good match, and I felt looked after the entire way through. They made the process feel so much easier and were always happy to help whenever I had questions. I’m honestly so grateful for their support and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an au pair company they can trust.
