Free accommodation and meals, Mandarin lessons, monthly cultural activities, program insurance, local support, and a completion bonus.
Help children learn English, assist with school routines, play, and share your culture. You’ll work up to 30 hours per week.
Every family is interviewed, screened, and matched to ensure safety and cultural fit.
We guide you through applications, visas, interviews, orientation, and settling in—with a local coordinator available during your stay.
You’ll need a police check, medical report, references, photos, and a completed application.
You’ll have mediation support and, if needed, a rematch option handled by our team and partner agency.
You’ll improve your Mandarin, become more confident, independent, and globally minded—all while building lifelong friendships and memories.
All placements include 24/7 emergency support, insurance, and pre-departure training. Host families are thoroughly screened for suitability.
You’ll take part in local excursions and workshops—from tea ceremonies to calligraphy and traditional festivals.
Most participants say they return home with greater self-confidence, global awareness, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Posted on S E SanchezTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. 99aupairs helped me feel supported in every step from interviewing with families, onboarding, also during my placement, and even made sure I was well supported in my social life. (They go out of their way to arrange social meet ups for au pairs to connect!!) I was placed with an amazing family in Melbourne and got to live in an incredible location -only an hour from the beach, CBD, and mountains via public transport 😊😊Posted on Anni kaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Loved working with 99aupairs. Found me a great family. I felt super supported throughout the whole process. Definitely recommend! Thanks to Irene & Team! Found them through backpacker job board, there were loads of fantastic families and I matched with a fantastic family, gaining experience with special needs kids. Any backpackers who have experience and love children give them a try, free accommodation included 😉Posted on Alice GasperiniTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had such a great experience with 99Aupairs. The whole team was so lovely, supportive, and easy to deal with from start to finish. They helped me find a host family that was a really good match, and I felt looked after the entire way through. They made the process feel so much easier and were always happy to help whenever I had questions. I’m honestly so grateful for their support and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an au pair company they can trust.Posted on Michal HagayTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Irene & 99aupairs has been increduvle to work with! They made this process so smooth & easy, explained everything I needed to know, & have been with me every step of my journey so far! I'm so glad I found this agency because it has made such a difference in my journey here!Posted on Koral TuckerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The whole team at 99aupairs is wonderful & made the whole process of finding a host family easy and stress free. They are with you every step of the way and genuinely care about securing wonderful positions for their Au pairs. The continued support and communication even after placement with a family is amazing & they even connect you with so many other Au pairs across Australia, so there are plenty of opportunities to meet new people and make friends that are going through the same experience! There is also a lot of encouragement and help given to make the most out of your time outside of working hours, including meetup events as well as any helpful travel tips/advice. They are the best!Posted on Alice MariottiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I found the process of finding and securing a host family with you very smooth and clear. You were helpful, responsive and made everything easy to understand, which was really important for me coming from Italy.Posted on Charlotte BurkeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing experience with 99 AuPairs and am lucky to have come across it online. It may not be the best known agency but definitely seems to me the most professional, competent and organised. Irene was amazing - really listening to me and my hopes for living and working in Australia, she matched me to an active family and the kids are just great. The whole process was smooth and detailed, leaving nothing to be left unanswered. Initially, I had a call with her to discuss my aspirations, then multiple calls with the family, so it felt I already somewhat knew them before arriving. I met them in person with the assistance of Irene and the team, and they remain in the contact to ensure my wellbeing and enquire about how I’m doing. Even the video calls were professional and set up well. Thanks to 99 AuPairs.Posted on Anna TilgTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
