Before you head out and go all gung ho applying for jobs, have a chat to your host family first.
Share with them what your goals and motivations are for a second gig.
You might find that the solutions is much closer to home.
Your host family might be open to pay you extra (often higher rate) for additional tasks, i.e. 🧹 cleaning, mowing lawns.
Or maybe they’ll put in a good word for you to secure a babysitting gig with the neighbours or friends’s kids.
