Being the first to market offering a self-service platform and a bespoke Agency service for busy, professional families, 99aupairs helps find the most flexible in-home care service for their children/and now disability needs (NDIS).

At 99aupairs, we assist you to search for the right match, conduct background checks, provide support, and more, with our three “Ls”: Lower time, Less stress, and Little effort.

From Nothing But Passion of a Mother

Irene Becker, 99aupairs’ founder, is an entrepreneur, a team leader, one of Inside Business’s Magazine top small leaders in 2019, but moreover, a mom of two.

Just like most busy working parents, Irene went through the highs and lows of putting her children through childcare, family logistics, and juggling the always-on work culture. She also experienced the work-life balance difficulty and has gotten to a point where her relationship with her family is starting to suffer. Irene has seen the same dilemma among many of her friends who are working parents themselves.

It wasn’t too long that Irene realised working parents, especially mums, need help to keep their job flexibility without sacrificing their quality time for nanny jobs and housework. A modern problem requires an innovative solver. Equipped with eight years of hosting experience, conducting in-depth research, and organising focus groups, Irene and her team breathe life to 99aupairs.

Our Mission

Our mission is to bring more working parents back into the workforce so they can break-free from the work-life boundaries, keep up with their careers and become a macro-benefit to the Australian economy. We also want to raise awareness of the true value and meaning of Cultural Exchange, bringing individuals from all over the world closer together.

Last but not the least, we want to help make the experience of finding and shortlisting both Aupair and Host Families’ perfect match an easy one so they can pass on the same great experiences to the next generation of Aupairs and Host Families.
